Prepare the Mango Gravy

In a bowl, mix 500ml of room-temperature milk with 4 tbsp sugar powder, 4 tbsp milk powder, ยฝ tsp cardamom powder, and the saffron-infused milk. Whisk until smooth. Add 500g of smooth mango puree and mix well. Optional: garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and chill in the fridge.

Create the Sweet Stuffing

Combine 4 tbsp fresh malai (cream), 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp sugar powder, a pinch of cardamom, and some finely chopped mango chunks.

Prepare the Bread Base

Cut bread slices into circles using a glass or small bowl.

Assemble the Rasmalai

Spread the prepared stuffing onto a bread circle, then top with another slice, pressing firmly to seal.

Final Serving

Place the stuffed bread pieces in a serving dish, pour the prepared chilled mango ras over them, and garnish with extra mango chunks and dry fruits.
